Product Description
The JYM27121 series is an ultra-high-sensitivity ultra-low-threshold bipolar latching hall switch sensor IC manufactured via advanced 0.18μm BCDMOS wafer technology. The monolithic die integrates full analog & digital signal chain circuits: voltage regulator, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), differential signal amplifier, offset cancellation, magnetic switching threshold temperature compensation, voltage comparator, push-pull output driver and output current limiter. Mechanical stress induces negligible magnetic parameter drift, delivering superior EMI immunity and long-term operational stability under wide high-low temperature industrial & automotive auxiliary lighting working conditions. Its 18Gs ultra-low magnetic threshold is optimized for miniature BLDC motors equipped with ultra-thin magnetic steel rotors and tiny air gap lightweight designs.
It supports universal industrial DC supply from 2.8V to 24V, with operating junction temperature spanning -40℃ up to 150℃, perfectly matching harsh high-temperature environments of miniature industrial equipment, lithium portable power tools and micro fluid flow detection devices.
