JYM27270 Ultra-Low Power Latching Hall Effect Switch Sensor with All-Pole to Unipolar Memory Feature
JYM27270 is an ultra-low power Hall effect switch with polarity memory latching function. Manufactured via mature 0.18μm BCDMOS semiconductor process, it supports full battery supply voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V. At 3.3V operating voltage, average supply current is as low as 1μA, significantly extending battery life of coin cell and lithium-powered portable devices. The IC automatically identifies magnetic field polarity after power-up and latches the output state permanently, drastically improving immunity to stray magnetic interference compared with conventional Hall devices.
Integrated high-precision temperature compensation circuitry ensures consistent magnetic switching threshold across full operating temperature range. Two output configurations (push-pull & open-drain) are optional with ±6kV human body model ESD protection. Standardized SOT23-3L SMD and TO-92S through-hole packages are fully RoHS compliant. Ideal for magnetic wake-up, flip cover detection and non-contact switch applications in various low-power electronic products.

Two Output Wiring Reference Schemes
