Product Description
The JYM27111 series is a highly reliable ultra-ultra high sensitivity unipolar hall switch IC fabricated via advanced 0.18μm BCDMOS wafer technology. The monolithic die integrates complete analog & digital functional circuits: voltage regulator, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), signal amplifier, offset cancellation, magnetic switching threshold temperature compensation, voltage comparator, output driver and output current limiter. Mechanical stress causes negligible magnetic parameter drift, delivering superior EMI immunity and long-term operational stability under wide high-low temperature industrial & automotive lighting working conditions.
It supports universal industrial DC supply from 2.8V to 24V, with operating junction temperature spanning -40℃ up to 150℃, perfectly matching harsh high-temperature environments of miniature industrial equipment, portable lithium power tools and small automotive lamp assemblies. Two standardized packages are available: TO-92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface mount device. Both packages fully comply with RoHS (EU) 2015/863 environmental directive to meet global export compliance requirements for all lighting, motor and consumer OEM manufacturers.

Application Circuit 2: Anti-EMI Noise Suppression Solution for Disturbed Power Rails
Designed for miniature equipment with severe BLDC motor EMI interference & large power supply ripple. Add series current-limiting resistor R1=100Ω on VDD input, parallel CP=10nF between supply pin and GND, parallel CL=4.7nF between output pin and GND. Place all capacitors adjacent to IC pins to greatly improve system EMI immunity and avoid false trigger under weak magnetic signals. Recommended parameters: R1=100Ω, CP=10nF, CL=4.7nF.

Installation Operation Guidelines: Wear ESD wrist strap throughout soldering process for full electrostatic discharge protection.
