Product Description
The JYM27112 series is a highly reliable ultra-high sensitivity unipolar hall switch IC fabricated with advanced 0.18μm BCDMOS technology. The die integrates full analog & digital circuits: voltage regulator, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), signal amplifier, offset cancellation, magnetic threshold temperature compensation, voltage comparator, output driver and output current limiter. Mechanical stress brings negligible shift to magnetic switching parameters, delivering outstanding EMI immunity and long-term operational stability for harsh industrial & automotive lighting applications.
It supports wide industrial DC supply voltage from 2.8V to 24V with operating junction temperature covering -40℃ up to 150℃, perfectly matching severe high-temperature environments of industrial equipment, lithium battery power tools and automotive lamp assemblies. Two standardized packaging options are offered: TO-92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface mount device.
